Grand
Master (GM): Ceremonial leader of the
kennel. Oversees and organizes the group's
events. For example Beer Mile, Red dress, Tri
Weekend, etc. If the event goes wrong and people
don't have a good time the GM, and the GM alone, takes the blame!
|

|

Religious
Advisor (RA): The mis-management member
normally in charge of blessing the hares and settling disputes over
tradition. Performs Chalk-Talk (trail instructions
for virgin or visiting hashers). Conducts the
down-down ceremonies during circle. Teaches the pack
new songs and calls out hashers for transgressions.

Hash
Cash: The treasurer of the pack. Manages
the financial resources of the hash. Maintains the
hash bank account, checkbook, PayPal account and all other hash
monies. For example: receives all rego's for events
and coordinates with GM on what can and can't be spent based on what is
collected. Maintains the sign-in book that is
present at the start of each trail.

Beermeisters: Ensures that an adequate supply of beverages and related
items are present for hashers to enjoy *during circle* at each hash and
at all special events. Includes but is not limited
to: beer, soda, water, chips/munchies, and ice for beer and sitting
on. Work with Hash Cash to ensure that funds spent
do not exceed funds received, and that food/beverage supply does not
exceed or fall short of hasher demand. If unable to
attend a hash or event, they ensure that all of the above are taken
care of by another hasher.

Web Master: Maintains the hash webpage with
accurate and up-to-date information about upcoming
events. Coordinates closely with Hare
Raiser. Distributes official announcements about
Hash trails, events, and other information as needed, through the
Website, Listserve, and email, on a timely basis.

Raiser: Responsible for recruiting hares for future
trails. Maintains the pack's calendar of
events. Coordinates closely with Web Master to
ensure that trails and events are posted and announced in a timely and
accurate manner. Maintains roster documenting the
number of trails run by each
hasher. Purchases 10-run tags and other awards
for milestone runs.

Flash: Photographically documents the
hash's trails, events, and assorted
misadventures. Makes images available to Web Master
and other hashers on a timely basis. Maintains the Hash's Flickr page.

events, and assorted misadventures in writing.
Posts entries on Listserve and/or submits them to Web Master on a timely
basis.

Haberdasher: Responsible
for researching, developing, and procuring customized hash
merchandise. Determines estimated costs and consults
with Hash Cash to ensure that sufficient funds are available, prior to
finalizing any order. Also consults with Hash Cash
to determine appropriate pricing (ie: give-aways, fund-raising, or
break-even). Records inventory of
merchandise. Brings merchandise to trails
and major events to sell to hashers.
